The 6t/h oil-fired steam boiler at Lifeng Dyeing Factory in Liangying Town, Chaoyang：　   

    The Lifeng Dyeing Factory in Liangying Town operates a 6-ton/h oil-fired steam boiler. The feedwater is sourced from a 100-meter-deep well with a high hardness of 58 mg/L, while the water softening treatment system remains inactive. After installing two sets ofAcoustic ScalePreventer in February 2000, substantial scale deposits were shed within few months. Since then, the boiler has remained in an ideal scale-free condition.
